Production & Manufacturing

All of our products are made to order, meaning each item is individually produced once you place your order. Production time is 2 to 5 business days from payment confirmation.

Since our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not keep inventory, allowing us to offer unique, high-quality designs.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after your order has been produced and dispatched:

  • United States: 3 to 8 business days
  • Mexico: 5 to 12 business days

Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping):

  • United States: 5 to 13 business days
  • Mexico: 7 to 17 business days

Please note: These are estimates and not guarantees. External factors such as weather conditions, high-demand seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, holidays, etc.), or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package at all times. Tracking updates may take 1 to 2 days to appear after shipment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and vary based on destination, weight, and product type. You will see the exact shipping cost before confirming your purchase.

Customs & Taxes (Orders to Mexico)

Orders shipped to Mexico may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or additional handling fees. These costs are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.

Orders with Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped in separate packages from different locations and could arrive on different dates. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping will be the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and work to find a solution, which may include reshipping the product or issuing a refund depending on the circumstances.
