Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are custom-made and printed on demand. Because each item is individually crafted for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.

We strongly recommend reviewing our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

When Are Refunds Available?

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product: The item arrived with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or was damaged during shipping.
  • Wrong item received: You received a different product or design than what you ordered.
  • Lost package: Your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [your email or contact page] within 30 days of delivery (or 30 days after the estimated delivery date for lost packages) and include the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item (required for defect and damage claims)

We will review your request and respond within 2 to 5 business days.

Refund Process

Once your claim has been approved, we will offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A free replacement of the product

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Orders placed with incorrect size, color, or style by the customer
  • Change of mind after the order has been placed
  • Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Minor variations in color between the product and screen display, as colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the printing process
  • Orders claimed as lost but showing a "delivered" status by the shipping carrier

Cancellations

Since our products are made to order, once production has started, orders cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered production.
